This menu showcases some of my most popular dishes from past dinners and events. It’s a great starting point—we can always mix, match, or create something completely bespoke for your occasion.

Starters
Veg Samosas (V) – Spiced vegetables in a thin, crispy fried pastry.
Lamb Samosas – Minced lamb with traditional Indian spices, wrapped in crisp pastry.
Papdi Chaat (V) – The “lasagne” of Indian street food: crispy papad, soft potatoes & chickpeas layered with chutneys and garnishes.
Aloo Tikki Chaat (V) – Spiced potato patties topped with chickpeas, yogurt, chutneys, and crispy sev.
Dahi Puri (V) – Mini crispy puris filled with potato, chickpeas, yogurt, and tangy chutneys.
Masala Grilled Veg (V) – Mushrooms, peppers & red onions marinated in Indian spices and grilled.
Chicken Tikka – Juicy boneless chicken pieces marinated in a fragrant spice blend and grilled.
Malai Chicken Tikka – Creamy, mildly spiced chicken skewers marinated with yogurt, cheese, and cardamom.
Tandoori Wings – Flat wings marinated in Indian spices and char-grilled.
Seekh Kebabs – Minced lamb or chicken skewers with fresh coriander, ginger, and warming spices.
Lamb Chops – Thick-cut chops marinated in aromatic spices and grilled until smoky and tender.
Lamb Kebabs – Minced lamb skewers, marinated and grilled to a juicy finish.
Tandoori Fish Tikka – Firm white fish marinated in yogurt, lemon, and tandoori spices, grilled until flaky and aromatic.
Amritsari Fish Bites – Gram-flour-battered fish chunks, spiced and fried until golden.
Jeera Chicken Drumsticks – Cumin-spiced chicken drumsticks, grilled or roasted.
Dhokla (V) – Soft steamed savoury cakes topped with mustard seeds and coriander.
Mogo Chips (V) – Crispy fried cassava chips tossed in masala with a hint of lemon.

Butter Chicken – Succulent chicken thigh in a rich, creamy tomato sauce.
Chicken Karahi – Bold, spicy wok-style chicken with tomatoes, garlic & green chillies.
Lamb Curry – Slow-cooked baby lamb leg in a traditional medium-spiced sauce.
Lamb Karahi – Fiery tomato-based lamb with bell peppers and fresh coriander.
Rogan Josh – Kashmiri-style slow-cooked lamb in an aromatic tomato and yogurt sauce.
Keema Mattar – Spiced minced lamb with peas and fresh coriander.
Prawn Curry – Juicy prawns in a tangy tomato-onion masala with fresh coriander.
Masala Salmon Curry – Salmon fillets in a spiced tomato masala with a hint of chilli.
Chole Bhature (V) – North Indian chickpeas in rich tomato gravy with fluffy fried bread.
Paneer Tikka Masala (V) – Grilled paneer & peppers in a creamy tomato tikka sauce.
Saag Paneer (V) – Paneer cubes cooked with spinach, garlic, and fenugreek
Bhindi Masala (V) – Stir-fried okra with onions, tomatoes, and a fragrant spice mix.
Bombay Aloo (V) – Tangy tomato-masala potatoes with Indian spices.
Daal Makhani (V) – Slow-cooked black lentils in a buttery sauce.
Tarka Daal (V) – Yellow lentils tempered with garlic, cumin & mustard seeds.
Chicken Biryani – Spiced chicken thigh layered with aromatic saffron basmati rice.
Lamb Biryani – Tender lamb layered with fragrant basmati rice and biryani spices.
Vegetable Biryani (V) – Spiced vegetables and potatoes layered with saffron rice.
Lamb Shank - 4 hour braised lamb shank on the bone marinated in tadeonal Rajasthani spices. Served with Flaky parathas (£25pp surcharge)
