This menu celebrates the rich, smoky flavours of a traditional Turkish grill, accompanied by vibrant meze, fresh breads, and indulgent desserts. It’s a perfect starting point—we can always mix, match, or create something completely bespoke for your occasion.

Grilled Meats & Specialties

Chicken Shish – Chicken thigh marinated in a traditional mix of Middle Eastern spices and grilled over coal for a smoky, authentic finish. Served with warm flatbread

 

Lamb Shish – Tender pieces of baby lamb leg marinated in aromatic spices and charcoal-grilled to perfection. Served with warm flatbread

 

Adana Kebab – Spicy minced lamb skewers blended with red peppers, herbs, and Turkish spices, charcoal-grilled for a smoky finish

 

Lamb Kofta Kebab – Minced lamb seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, skewered and grilled over coal for a juicy, flavourful kebab

 

Chicken Döner – Thinly sliced marinated chicken cooked on a vertical rotisserie and served with warm pita and sauces

Lamb Döner – Tender lamb layered and slow-roasted on a vertical rotisserie, carved thin and served with flatbread and salad

 

Grilled Lamb Chops – Baby lamb chops marinated in garlic, olive oil, and spices, grilled to smoky perfection
