Tacos
Birria Tacos – Large joints of beef slow-cooked in a rich Mexican consommé, pulled and served in soft-shell tacos with diced onion, fresh coriander, and a side of dipping broth
Chipotle Chicken Tacos – Chicken thighs slow-cooked in a spicy chipotle sauce, pulled and served in soft-shell tacos with diced onion and coriander
Sweet Potato & Feta Tacos (V) – Diced sweet potato with sautéed mushrooms and peppers in traditional Mexican spices, topped with feta cheese and lime zest, served in soft-shell tacos
