This menu showcases some of my most popular Greek dishes, perfect for a vibrant sharing-style feast. It’s a great starting point—we can always mix, match, or create something completely bespoke for your occasion.

Grilled Skewers & Mains

Chicken Souvlaki – Chicken thigh marinated in a traditional mix of Greek spices and grilled over coal for an authentic, smoky flavour. Served with warm Greek flatbread.

Pork Souvlaki – Tender pork shoulder marinated in garlic, lemon, and oregano, charcoal-grilled and served with warm Greek flatbread.

Beef Souvlaki – Thick-cut sirloin steak marinated in classic Greek herbs and spices, charcoal-grilled to perfection. Served with Greek flatbread.

Lamb Kofta Kebab – Minced lamb blended with Greek herbs, skewered and coal-grilled for a juicy, aromatic kebab.

Kleftiko – Slow-roasted lamb shoulder marinated with garlic, lemon, and herbs, cooked until fall-off-the-bone tender.

Moussaka – Layers of spiced minced lamb or beef, roasted aubergine, and creamy béchamel, perfect for family-style service.

Grilled Halloumi (V) – Golden slices of Cypriot halloumi cheese lightly seasoned and grilled until crisp outside and soft inside.

Grilled Prawns – Marinated in olive oil, garlic, lemon, and oregano, grilled until smoky and tender.

Salads & Sides

Greek Salad (V) – Cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, peppers, and olives finished with feta cheese and extra-virgin olive oil.

Mediterranean Mixed Vegetables (V) – Slow-roasted vegetables tossed with olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs for a rich, rustic side.

Lemon & Herb Roast Potatoes (V) – Crispy potatoes with fresh lemon juice, garlic, and oregano.

Seasoned Fries (V) – Crispy golden fries dusted with Mediterranean herbs and sea salt.

Pastries & Dips Spanakopita (V) – Crispy filo pastry filled with spinach, feta, herbs, and a touch of nutmeg.
