This menu showcases slow-smoked classics and hearty sides for a true taste of American barbecue. It’s a great starting point—we can always mix, match, or create something completely bespoke for your occasion.

Smoked & Grilled Meats

Beef Brisket – Marinated in a signature rub and smoked low and slow for 18 hours until tender and juicy. Served sliced to enjoy on its own or in a sandwich.

 

Beef Short Rib – Large, meaty short ribs marinated in a secret rub and smoked for 18 hours until the meat falls off the bone. Served in chunks or in a sandwich.

 

Pulled Pork – Boston butt (shoulder) marinated in a signature rub and smoked for 18 hours, then pulled apart and served in a brioche bun with homemade sauce and coleslaw.

 

Buffalo Wings – Crispy fried chicken wings tossed in a classic spicy buffalo sauce and served with a creamy blue cheese dip.

 

Smash Burgers – Juicy ground beef patties smashed on a hot grill for a crispy sear, topped with cheese, onions, and house sauce, served in a soft brioche bun.

 

St. Louis Ribs – Pork ribs dry-rubbed, slow-smoked, and glazed with a sticky BBQ sauce until fall-off-the-bone tender.

 

Smoked Chicken Quarters – Brined and smoked to juicy perfection with a crisp, smoky skin Texas Hot Links – Spicy smoked beef sausages with a bold, peppery kick.

Grilled Veg (V) – Peppers, red onions, and mushrooms marinated in a simple rub and grilled to smoky perfection

 

Mac & Cheese (V) – Macaroni smothered in a thick, gooey cheese sauce and baked with a crispy breadcrumb topping

 

Coleslaw (V) – Classic homemade American-style slaw with a creamy tangy dressing

 

Potato Salad (V) – Homemade classic potato salad with a touch of mustard and herbs Lawry’s
