Vegetable Samosas - Crisp pastry filled with spiced potatoes and peas.

Paneer Pakora - Soft paneer pieces coated in a light chickpea batter and fried until golden.

Aloo Tikki - North Indian–style potato patties seasoned with aromatic spices.

Mint Chutney & Tamarind - Chutney Fresh, tangy and sweet accompaniments.

Paneer Butter Masala - Soft paneer in a rich, creamy tomato sauce with gentle spices.

 

Mixed Vegetable Curry - A colourful medley of seasonal vegetables cooked in a home-style gravy.

 

Chana Masala - Classic chickpea curry simmered with ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and warming spices.

 

Dal Tadka - Yellow lentils finished with a fragrant tempering of cumin, garlic, and spices.

 

Sholay Bhatura - Spicy, slow-cooked chickpeas served with soft, pillowy fried bhatura — a festive North Indian favourite.

Rice & Breads

Jeera Rice - Aromatic basmati rice infused with toasted cumin seeds.

Peas Pulao - Basmati rice cooked with green peas and subtle whole spices.

Selection of Naans & Rotis - Soft breads lightly brushed with ghee. (Can be made vegan on request.)

Cucumber Raita or Boondi Raita - Cooling yoghurt-based sides with subtle spices.
