This menu celebrates the soul of Italian dining: rustic sharing platters, rich pastas, live fire cooking, and indulgent desserts. It’s a perfect starting point — we can mix, match, or create something completely bespoke for your occasion.

Antipasti – To Begin

A generous rustic spread to share, featuring:

Charcuterie & Cheese Board – Italian cured meats, artisan cheeses, marinated olives, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, dips & crackers

Antipasto Platter – A colourful selection of grilled vegetables, artichokes, olives, and Italian cheeses

Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes (V) – Creamy burrata served with warm cherry tomatoes, basil oil, and grilled bread

Arancini (V) – Crispy golden risotto balls with marinara sauce

Caprese Salad (V) – Heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil & aged balsamic

Bruschetta al Pomodoro (V) – Toasted ciabatta topped with diced tomatoes, garlic, and basil

Freshly Baked French Baguette & Rosemary Focaccia (V) – Served with olive oil & balsamic

Stone-Baked Pizzas – Live-Fired & Served Fresh

I can also provide live stone-baked pizzas as part of your event.

Hand-stretched, slow-fermented dough cooked in a stone oven for a light, crisp base and beautifully blistered crust.

Guests can choose any topping combinations they like - from classic Italian favourites to completely bespoke creations tailored to your event.

Perfect as a live cooking station, sharing platters, or served throughout the evening.

Primi – First Course

Vodka Sauce Lobster Spaghetti – Fresh pasta with lobster in a rich tomato–vodka cream sauce (alternative available for non-shellfish eaters)

Porcini Mushroom Risotto (V) – Carnaroli rice with porcini mushrooms, Parmesan & a drizzle of truffle oil

Rigatoni Arrabbiata (V) – Spicy tomato sauce with fresh basil

Tagliatelle Bolognese – Slow-cooked beef ragu with tomato and red wine

Seafood Linguine – Linguine tossed with prawns, garlic, and white wine in a light tomato sauce

Wild Mushroom Risotto (V) – Creamy Arborio rice with porcini and wild mushrooms

Lasagna al Forno – Layers of fresh pasta, slow-cooked beef ragu, béchamel, and Parmesan baked until golden

Truffle Butter Ravioli (V) – Fresh ravioli tossed in a rich truffle butter sauce with Parmesan and cracked black pepper

Secondi – Family-Style Mains

Bistecca alla Fiorentina – Tuscan-style T-bone steak, grilled over fire and served with salsa verde & lemon

Osso Buco – Slow-braised veal shanks in a rich tomato and white wine sauce with gremolata

Chicken Parmigiana – Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella

Truffle Fries (V) – Crispy fries tossed with truffle oil, Parmesan, and fresh parsley

Herby Roasted Potatoes (V) – Crispy golden potatoes with rosemary, garlic & olive oil
