This menu showcases some of my most popular Japanese-inspired dishes from past dinners and events. It’s a great starting point—we can always mix, match, or create something completely bespoke for your occasion.

Starters & Small Plates

Dynamite Prawns – Popcorn shrimp coated in a spicy mayo sauce, finished with fresh spring onions

Prawn Tempura – Lightly battered king prawns fried until golden and crisp

Chicken Karaage – Crispy, juicy Japanese-style fried chicken with a citrus soy dipping sauce

Gyozas – Lightly fried dumplings with your choice of vegetable (V), chicken, or pork filling, served with a dipping sauce

Addictive Cucumber Salad (V) – Diced cucumbers marinated in a spicy soy base for a refreshing yet irresistible bite

Korean Fried Chicken – Crispy, golden fried chicken pieces coated in a sweet and savoury sauce

Mains

Chicken Katsu Curry – Panko-fried chicken cutlets served with a rich, flavoursome Japanese curry sauce and steamed rice

Aubergine Katsu Curry (V) – A vegetarian twist on the classic katsu curry, featuring panko-crusted aubergine with Japanese curry sauce

Chicken Yakitori – Tender, juicy pieces of chicken skewered and grilled over an open flame, brushed with a sweet–savory soy-mirin glaze for smoky, caramelised perfection

Garlic Fried Rice (V) – Stir-fried rice with mixed vegetables and a fragrant garlic kick
